When Microsoft acquired Skype, two brands collided, and it became critical to reimagine how to present the Skype offering to both individual and business users within the Microsoft ecosystem. UX uncovered a structural approach that could walk that line, and our design work brought that new content and user-centric strategy to life.
Design and art direction needed to feel like Skype, but work within the Microsoft brand system. An entire site experience was crafted to prove-out the digital approach best suited for a trailblazer brand in transition.
