Project goals

TOMS OFFROAD was feeling the pain of clunky, antiquated back-office systems and a site whose design and user experience wasn't living up to the company's longstanding, stellar reputation. They needed streamlined management, integrated systems that would eliminate manual workarounds, and to enhance the site to match their esteemed brand perception. 

Our role

We kicked off a comprehensive branding refresh and a full site redesign and rebuild, transitioning from outdated and cumbersome CMS and e-commerce platforms to the streamlined efficiency of Umbraco and Shopify, respectively. We also provided meticulous data cleanup and migration, and developed advanced integration points in support of implementing a new warehouse management system.


Modern design, modern tech

We revamped their outdated 15-year-old e-commerce platform by transitioning to a headless Shopify storefront, seamlessly integrated with Umbraco CMS. Although the project demanded extensive data transformations and migration, the result was a modern website empowering TOMS to efficiently manage their intricate product catalog while taking advantage of the capabilities of a solid CMS platform.

Elegant UX laid out a streamlined set of components that could be used differently throughout the website. Modern design with distinctive typography simplified the complexity of the website and created an open and welcoming experience. All of this together creates a rememberable experience for the users.
