This is an open call for Oregon based non-profit companies to be considered for a 1-year pro-bono partnership with Turn Agency, a digital & brand agency based in Bend.
HOW IT WORKS
You spend your precious time and energy making our community a better place to live. We believe that one good turn deserves another.
Turn Agency will partner with a selected non-profit organization to define the strategic, digital and brand communications executions that will best support their mission. Valued at over $50,000 Turn Agency will commit time, expertise and resources throughout the year to deliver work for our non-profit partner 100% free of charge, and with no strings attached. Our services include brand strategy, visual identity redesigns, website redesigns and development, print collateral, online marketing initiatives and more. Our pro-bono partnership provides you with all of the communications, creative and digital services that your organization needs to flourish, without breaking (or touching) your annual operating budget.
We want to do big work with big impact, and over the course of the 12-month partnership, we can do amazing things together. Turn Agency is committed to ongoing pro-bono work for clients with missions that resonate with our founding team. The 1-year grant program provides an ideal structure for focused pro-bono work with clear goals and deliverables - the same approach we employ with our for-profit clients.
Application submissions are due November 1st. Finalists are notified for in-person/video interviews in early-November. The selection of the grant recipient will be made by November 25th. A kickoff meeting will be held with the selected partner in early December to define goals and approaches for an effective partnership. The grant runs through the end of 2020, with ongoing project deliverables and launches throughout the year.
WHO CAN APPLY?
Nonprofit, tax-exempt 501(c)(3) U.S. organizations.
KEEPING IT LOCAL
The organization must be located within the state of Oregon.
While Turn Agency will handle all design and technical work (brand development, print design, website UX, design and development, digital/social media design, campaign creative) and finalize all files for production, the grant recipient will be responsible for all hard costs associated with production (printing, materials, production, web hosting, shipping, stock photography purchases, font purchases etc.). You’ll need to hold on to existing funds in your operating budget that are dedicated to hard costs associated with production/printing for the coming year.
STAFF & TIME
We ask that you dedicate appropriate staff and time on a regular basis to facilitate our work as your agency partner, and we’ll push for efficient uses of everyone’s time and resources to ensure maximum impact over the course of the year. The more available you are to us over the course of the year, the more we can accomplish!
